The Laboratory Medicine, Pathology and Blood Bank division is a state-of-the-art space to provide comprehensive diagnostic support for patient care. The faculty at the laboratory is highly qualified, experienced and efficient, and is assisted with the finest technology and equipment. We ensure that the reports of our patients are accurate and confirm to the highest levels of quality for which we are accredited by NABH.
At Prakash Hospital & Trauma Centre we ensure that you receive accurate results in the shortest possible time with our fully automated analyzers which are manned and controlled by highly trained and motivated staff. We also specialize in high end testing of complicated biopsies, molecular biology and genetic testing, and DNA testing real time PCR. Our super specialized Pathologists work with different specialties like Neurology, Breast Services, Gastroenterology, Liver Transplant, Oncology, Liver Transplant, Urology and Nephrology. The Department of Transfusion Medicine and the Blood Bank, supports our surgical teams in arranging blood and its components to save lives. We also undertake highly specialized therapeutic treatments in this department in association with the treating clinicians.
